Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management, customers and IT engineering team/peers to design, build, and iterate on an innovative product experience that enables company’s users to seamlessly improve the performance of their AI applications by improving the data in their models.
• Help develop company’s core platform logic and workflows using deep intuition and knowledge regarding the most important features for building AI applications that leverage high quality data, with an emphasis on high-quality engineering practices for rapid, scalable and robust development that exceeds industry norms.
• Utilize knowledge of software engineering technologies such as ReactJS, Typescript, Python, Golang, SQL, Docker and Kubernetes to perform software engineering functions.
• Help with the development of critical software functionalities, including enterprise-grade billing and authentication systems, ensuring their reliability and security for company’s users.
• Engineer comprehensive user features and experiences that elevate the utility of the company’s AI platform, focusing on intuitive data management, tracking, and analysis tools.
• Apply advanced technical problem-solving skills to design and refine user interfaces and interactions, enhancing the overall user experience and platform efficiency of company’s software operability.
• Gather requirements, including iterating on feedback, and deliver software solutions that exceed user expectations.
• Participate in product QA testing, employing a systematic approach to ensure the reliability and performance of the platform.
• Handle critical incidents with a thorough understanding of the technical stack to prevent user disruption.
• Play an active role in designing, building, and maintaining the company’s design system, increasing efficiency of the engineering team and creating consistency throughout the product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• One (1) year of experience in job offered or one (1) year of full-stack software engineering experience working on a beta-software application/product launch

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $150,000 and $180,000.
