About you

To enable us on our growth trajectory, we’re searching for an Implementation Manager who’ll be responsible for leading our customers through our Assignar platform onboarding process and ensuring every customer realizes the full value of Assignar quickly.

Day to day, you will:

  • Run new customer implementations to ensure product and feature adoption, including environment configuration, data preparation, training sessions and launch events.

  • Keep customers engaged in the Onboarding process through regularly scheduled calls, follow-ups, on-site customer visits (on occasion), and identifying and overcoming obstacles.

  • Flag risky situations through our risk management processes with a sense of urgency.

  • Ensure customer data is set up complete and accurate through validation and customer signoff/approval.

  • Develop and maintain a high level knowledge of Assignar, including running training sessions with customers, understanding product limitations, system integrations, reporting requirements, and solutioning.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, and Product, to ensure a positive implementation.

You’ll ideally bring with you:

  • 2 years+ experience as an Implementation Specialist or a similar onboarding role in B2B SaaS
  • Experience using Salesforce, project management software, and remote training tools
  • Strong communication, time management and prioritisation skills, for managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • A love for providing positive customer experiences
  • Familiarity with the construction industry (a plus)
