Description:
The Senior Engineering Manager will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and scaling software products using Microsoft technologies. This role combines strong leadership capabilities with deep technical expertise, particularly in C#, .Net core, Microservices, React/ Angular, and SQL Server. The Senior Engineering Manager will set the technical direction, ensure engineering excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Requirements:
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 14+ years of experience with at least 4 years in engineering management and have managed multiple programs in parallel.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputed institution.
- Strong knowledge of system design and creating distributed systems in a public cloud.
- Strong technical background in technologies like C#, .Net core, Microservices, React/ Angular, and SQL Server) with a minimum 5 years in web-based application development.
- Knowledge of GIT will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Managed hosting services like AWS is required.
- Should have working knowledge of Application security & performance.
- Should have led scrum teams and have a proven track record with Agile Product Developer.

- Superior communication skills (written and oral)
