Description:

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management (Operations) to lead our operational product initiatives. This role is crucial in supporting our existing customers and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will possess a unique skill set focused on process optimization, team management, and operational support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process Development: Design, implement, and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the product management framework.
• Team Management: Lead and oversee the Research & Data Analytics, RFX Support, and Product Documentation & Training teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing the necessary support to drive performance.
• RFX Support Oversight: Ensure that the team effectively supports relevant stakeholders with proposals and sales activities.
• Research & Data Analytics Oversight: Oversee the team responsible for product data analysis, managing analytics platforms (such as Pendo and Power BI), and conducting market and competitive research.
• Product Documentation Oversight: Ensure the creation and upkeep of product documentation, including training videos and release notes, which are currently managed by product managers.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with various teams to facilitate operational success and enhance the overall product management strategy.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to boost productivity and streamline operations.
• Growth Strategy Development: Work with teams to explore and implement strategies for product growth
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with product management teams to ensure operational needs are met and aligned with broader business objectives.
• Support Existing Customers: Focus on providing exceptional operational support to our existing customer base, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Prior Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in product management, specifically within operations.
• Proven track record in process development and optimization.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and research to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
