Role: Sr. Software Engineer

Job Type: Full Time, Remote

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and implement features for a compound AI system w/ agents, LLMs, RAGs

  • Create APIs, create data models

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality code Python and Go code

  • Write documentation

  • Develop and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests

  • Provide customer support to early adopters

What you bring to the team

  • 5+ years of experience software development with focus on SaaS and cloud

  • Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, Go

  • Proficiency in API development (e.g. REST)

  • Experience cloud platforms and containerization development (e.g. in AWS, Kubernetes)

  • Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques

  • Agile development methodologies and version control systems

What separates you from the other candidates

  • Experience on an enterprise product engineering team with frequent releases

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code

  • Shipping code for an industry leading product

  • Published code in a public project e.g. Github (solo or team)

  • Familiarity with agentic systems

  • Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
