Role: Sr. Technical Support Engineer
Job Type: Full Time, Remote

What You Will Do
Primary technical support contact for Crogl customers
Diagnose and resolve issues with data platforms, security tools, and cloud systems
Collaborate with engineering to address escalations and improve product quality
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation

Identify trends in issues and recommend solutions to enhance performance
What You Bring
A passion for listening, diagnosing and solving problems for customers.
Experience with databases, datalakes and log tools (Postgres, Databricks, Splunk)
Experience with compound AI components (LLM’s, Vector DBs)
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Strong troubleshooting skills for integrations, security and data systems
What Separates You from Others
Knowledge of AI and machine learning in cybersecurity.
Experience shaping technical support functions in a startup.
Skills in automation and workflow improvement.
Background in technical support or related customer-facing roles.
