Crogl is a dynamic startup seeking an exceptional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide critical support directly to our CEO, driving operational excellence and strategic momentum.
What you'll be doing:
Manage CEO's complex calendar with strategic precision and detailed coordination
Serve as primary communication hub, expertly filtering and prioritizing all communications
Prepare comprehensive travel arrangements, handling all logistical details

Coordinate high-level executive meetings:
Developing structured agendas
Compiling critical briefing materials
Capturing precise meeting minutes
Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality

Support strategic initiatives through targeted research and presentations
What you bring to the team:
7+ years of executive administrative experience in high-performance environments
Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Advanced proficiency in:
Google Workspace
Scheduling and productivity tools
Extraordinary communication skills
Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs

Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time
