Crogl is the knowledge engine for Security Operations and we are growing fast! We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, process and execution.
As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be the strategic backbone of our GTM motion. You’ll optimize sales processes, manage and scale our Hubspot CRM, support revenue forecasting and deliver insights that help our sales team execute on precision. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves systems, thrives on clean data, enjoys the thrill of the hunt and can connect operations with outcomes.
What you’ll do
Own and administer our HubSpot CRM: manager workflows, data hygiene, pipeline stages, lead routing, lead generation and reporting
Partner with Sales, Marketing and our CEO to refine sales processes across the funnel
Build dashboards and reporting to track KPIs (pipeline velocity, conversion, quota attainment)
Drive accurate forecasting by enabling deal reviews and pipeline health analysis
Evaluate and implement tools to improve productivity and sales enablement
Help drive sales efforts through customer generation, sales outreach and scheduling meetings
What you bring to the team
5+ years of Sales Operations, RevOps, SDR, BDR or similar roles in a B2B tech or cybersecurity
Strong hand-on experience with HubSpot CRM (certifications a plus)
Deep understanding of technical sales process and metrics
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, data visualization, and BI/reporting tools
Analytical mindset with a passion for systems and process design

Someone who has supported both public and private sector sales cycles
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or a related field
