Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive top-of-the-funnel growth through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. This is a hands-on role focused on building pipelines for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume prospecting campaigns through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads to pass to Account Executives.
- Sales Tools: Use CRM and automation tools to optimize outreach sequences and track leads.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for outreach.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in a BDR or similar sales development role, ideally within SaaS or startup environments.
- Experience using sales tools like CRM, email automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Demonstrated cold calling capabilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to drive meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Results-driven and highly organized, with a focus on delivering qualified leads.
