Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive top-of-the-funnel growth through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. This is a hands-on role focused on building pipelines for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume prospecting campaigns through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads to pass to Account Executives.
  • Sales Tools: Use CRM and automation tools to optimize outreach sequences and track leads.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for outreach.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in a BDR or similar sales development role, ideally within SaaS or startup environments.
  • Experience using sales tools like CRM, email automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Demonstrated cold calling capabilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to drive meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Results-driven and highly organized, with a focus on delivering qualified leads.
