Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to define the future of Fetcher's recruitment software. This role is pivotal in driving our product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that we deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring an analytical mindset and an understanding of data to identify product opportunities and to set measurable goals for product enhancements.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure this strategy is well understood.
• Use all of the above to prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Manage the product development process, from ideation to launch, using agile methodologies along with tools such as Jira.
• Conduct user testing to gather insights and validate product ideas.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management within the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, scrum, and product development frameworks.
• Proficiency in using Jira for feature prioritization and project tracking, analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Metabase.
• Experience with user testing and gathering customer feedback.
• Nice to have: Experience in the recruiting/HR industry, basic understanding of SQL, engineering or product design background.
