Having grown out of University College London’s Computer Science Department, we have pioneered the field of AI Risk Management. About the role

We are building out our team of AI Risk Management Officers with a particular emphasis on the key requirement of reviewing, challenging and risk assessing enterprise AI projects. In this role, you will play a key role in providing governance, risk & compliance services to our enterprise clients. As an early joiner to the team, you will have help inform the build-out of our product offering and the design & build of the processes and tools that will help underpin our growth as we continue to scale. You will develop an intimate knowledge of your clients' businesses and their AI systems use, with the potential to engage and work with our enterprise clients' teams.

Responsibilities

• Provision of risk mitigation and ongoing risk monitoring advice and requirements
• Working across the business to continue to refine and build out our product
• Building and maintaining a high-level understanding of state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and risk mitigation methodologies
• Delivering and coordinating any additional services required to the highest standard

Essential requirements

• Minimum education level of Bachelor's Degree (class 2.1 or above), with a further requirement of at least a single A-level or equivalent with a strong numerical component (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Economics)
• Ability to analyse textual and numerical information to make value judgements that stand up to scrutiny from multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of Data Science, Statistics or Machine Learning methodologies
• Experience of working with multiple concurrent tight, dynamic deadlines
• A keen desire to learn and a willingness to develop technical skills
• Self-driven, and able to take long-form tasks through to completion
• Proactive thinker and strong team player
• A passion the fast paced, start-up environment
• Flexibility and willingness to expand work role
