Who we are looking for

This is a new position for someone to come and join our busy marketing team, and would be ideal for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist. This role would suit someone with experience across all aspects of the sales-marketing processes but with a strong focus on reporting, and who can support the companies growth and development by boosting our customer acquisition efficiency. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with other teams to refine internal workflows, analyze data, and integrate best practices. Previous experience in early-stage start-ups/scale-ups in Tech or AI sector is a huge plus and you must be an expert user of HubSpot or other CRMs in order to be considered!

This role will report into the Director of Demand Generation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize marketing tech platforms (CRM, automation, analytics)
• Develop and implement workflows to enhance campaign efficiency
• Collaborate across teams for marketing initiative alignment
• Analyze marketing data for performance insights
• Generate reports to measure marketing ROI
• Maintain data hygiene for accuracy
• Support marketing initiatives implementation

Requirements

• Expert level experience administering HubSpot
• Expert level experience with MS Excel, and in administering large, complex datasets
  
• Demonstratable proficiency in data analysis, data hygiene, and reporting
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, with a high attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of the latest marketing and sales strategies within B2B
