We're on the hunt for a Solutions Engineer who is deeply passionate about AI and technology and driven to make a difference. This role is perfect for someone with a technical background who has dabbled in SaaS environments and has a knack for sales engineering or consulting. The ideal candidate will be eager to dive deep into the world of AI governance, possess a fast-learning ability, and thrive in high-paced environments. This role will report to Team Leader, and is remote eligible from anywhere in the US.

In this role you will:

• Work closely with our sales and product teams to provide technical consultation and solutions to our clients.
• Understand customer requirements and challenges and articulate the value and functionality of our AI governance platform.
• Assist in the development and refinement of product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and developments in AI and AI governance, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• Act as a bridge between our technical team and clients, ensuring a seamless flow of information and solutions.

Requirements:

• A self-starter attitude with the motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Min 2 years years experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role within a SaaS environment.
• A solid technical background with an understanding of software development and AI technologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn rapidly and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.

• We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This position has a salary range of $90,000-$100,000 per annum. Salary is determined by a range of factors, including location, relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
