The Klarity Operations is a diverse team that supports our customers in automating their workflows. The team relies on GenAI tools - both internal and external - to automate customer document review processes. It is a truly first-of-a-kind team in the world where a group of non-engineers are single handedly building and delivering powerful GenAI automations for customers at unprecedented speed and scale. We are looking to build a new team to support our Partners who will be selling Klarity’s product to potential customers.

The Partner Training Manager will be responsible for building out a training & certification program for our partners.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about GenAI, Technology and our mission and can join our team to make significant contributions to help setup and execute our partner strategy at scale.

Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:

   • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.

   • Design and create training materials, including presentations, manuals, online courses, and multimedia content.

2. Training Delivery:

   • Conduct training sessions for partners through various channels such as in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms.

   • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions that promote active learning and knowledge retention.

3. Certification Process Management:

   • Develop certification programs to validate the skills and expertise of partners and associated members from the partner organizations.

   • Establish criteria for certification, including eligibility requirements, examination procedures, and renewal processes.

   • Administer certification exams and evaluate partner’s performance to determine eligibility for certification.

4. Program Evaluation and Improvement:

   • Collect feedback from training participants and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

   • Analyze training metrics and key performance indicators to measure the impact of training on individual and organizational performance.

   • Continuously update and enhance training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

   • Ensure that training programs and certification processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

   • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the integrity and credibility of certification programs.

Requirements:

• A degree from a recognized university.

• Relevant professional experience in building and delivering Training programs for Saas Companies. (10 - 12 years).

• Knowledge of industry strength Training tools and techniques.

• Ability to leverage GenAI and technologies used in the automation industry.

• Ownership to independently handle tasks and responsibilities;

• Ability to understand the business requirements and work alongside stakeholders

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
