How will you contribute to our mission? 

As our PR & Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in positioning our company as the definitive leader in HR software for blue-collar SMBs in the German market. We're on a journey to not only dominate sales but also to become the most recognized brand in our segment within the next year. Your expertise in public relations and social media management will be instrumental in shaping public perception, building robust online communities, and driving engagement. 
By crafting compelling narratives, fostering relationships with key influencers, and leveraging the power of social platforms, you will be at the forefront of our brand's surge to the top.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Strategize and Implement: Design and execute PR and social media strategies aligned with our company's mission to dominate the German blue-collar SMB HR software market.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content tailored to resonate with our target audience and promote our brand's unique selling points. 
  • Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with online audiences, building a strong community around our brand.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze the performance of PR and social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Crisis Management: Address any negative press or social media situations with tact and professionalism, ensuring the brand's reputation remains intact.
  • Relationship Building Foster and nurture relationships with influencers, media personalities, and other key players in the German market to promote our brand.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PR and social media, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with our internal teams, ensuring our brand messaging is consistent and effective across all channels.
