As Director of Robotics Data Operations, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of robotics training data—from data collection and annotation to quality assurance and client delivery. You'll work directly with leading robotics and AI companies, helping power the next generation of intelligent machines.

What You'll Do:

• Build and lead scalable robotics data operations in the US

• Manage multimodal data collection, annotation, QA, and delivery workflows

• Develop and optimize processes, KPIs, and operational excellence frameworks

• Lead internal teams and external vendors

• Partner closely with clients, engineering, and product teams

• Drive strategic growth while maintaining the highest quality standards

We're Looking For:

✔ 5+ years in operations, program management, or data operations

✔ 2+ years leading teams in robotics, AI, autonomous vehicles, or related industries

✔ Experience scaling complex operational programs

✔ Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

✔ Understanding of robotics or AI data workflows
