Position Overview
We’re looking for a strategically-minded seller to sit at the intersection of Sales and Customer Success, working with Stensul’s largest Enterprise customers. As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the long-term growth and success of our most strategic accounts. You will build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our platform's capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow a book of strategic accounts by navigating large, complex enterprise organizations
- Close deals and negotiate customer agreements
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and partnership goals
- Identify and support ‘mobilizers’ in large organizations who can drive change and consensus for group buying decisions
- Proactively build pipeline of growth opportunities to expand Stensul’s footprint within their organizations
- Partner with your CSM teammates to lead growth and success focused executive business reviews with insights and recommendations
- Utilize analytical, relationship-building, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with the rest of the Enterprise Team across Sales & Customer Success to refine our GTM strategy and tactics
What You'll Need
- 10+ years in an Enterprise Sales or Enterprise Account Management role, preferably with a SaaS B2B company
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
- Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- working in an account team environment
- You have strong experience in a customer-facing role, advising C-level executives
- Proactivity and planning strategies in your toolkit
- An understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, preferably focused on email technology (preferred)

Salary information: The estimated base salary for this position is $130,000 - $145,000 USD, plus variable compensation. Additionally, we offer both significant equity and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
