The Challenge
As an Italian speaking Renewal Associate I, your challenge is managing a portfolio of end-to-end client renewals. You'll be instrumental in identifying and mitigating roadblocks, ensuring successful, on-time execution of processes and contract renewals. Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales team colleagues to provide seamless support during renewals, especially in cycles that present expansion or add-on opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, ensure contract terms compliance, and work closely with finance and legal departments. Proactively collect and analyze customer feedback, contributing to the growth and automation of renewal processes.
Your Mission
- Tailored Navigation: Dive into SMB renewals with empathy and efficiency, addressing challenges with a responsive touch.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate meaningful connections with key SMB stakeholders, emerging as the go-to support in the renewal landscape.
- Compliance Mastery: Ensure strict compliance with software contract terms, adapting seamlessly to distinctive SMB needs while collaborating internally with stakeholders such as our legal team, Sales Ops, etc.
- Feedback Harmony: Proactively collect and understand client feedback, harmonizing insights across teams to refine our approach.
- Holistic Growth Initiatives: Contribute to the organic growth of renewal processes, crafting strategies that align with SMB client diversity.
- Transactional Increase Management: Skillfully manage transactional increases, optimizing software utilization within the SMB space.
- Growth Partnership: Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and create growth opportunities within the SMB portfolio.
- Churn Forecasting Leadership: Take the lead in forecasting churn at the cohort level and work with customer success teams to reduce churn.
- Customer Success Journey Integration: Recognize that the renewal process culminates the customer success journey, typically initiated at least 120 days (about four months) before expiration.
- Accurate Portfolio Forecasting: Manage your portfolio through meticulous and accurate weekly forecasting.
You Are
- Problem-solving Expertise: Demonstrate a track record of empathetic problem-solving in customer-facing roles, ideally with 1-2 years of experience in software renewals.
- Effective Communication: Exhibit responsive and effective communication skills in Italian and English, with proficiency in Salesforce, to set the stage for success in the dynamic SMB renewal landscape.
- Collaborative Spirit: Embrace a collective mindset, enjoying the challenge of solving complex problems and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure customer success.
