As OneTrust continues to grow rapidly across Privacy, Security, Data Governance, GRC, and Third-Party Risk solutions, we’re expanding our UX team. We’re seeking aSenior UX Designer to help shape intuitive, scalable, and AI-powered experiences that simplify complexity for our global customers. You’ll join a highly collaborative R&D organization focused on continuously improving usability, consistency, and design quality across the OneTrust platform.As a Senior UX Designer at OneTrust, you own end-to-end design for key product areas—creating intuitive, scalable, and AI-powered experiences that help customers work smarter and with greater confidence. You collaborate closely with your 3-in-a-box partners in Product and Engineering to ensure every quarterly release delivers meaningful customer improvements and measurable usability gains.You bring deep craft excellence and problem-solving skills to your work—balancing speed and quality while leveraging our component library to maintain consistency and efficiency across products. You lead with customer empathy, conducting research and usability testing to validate decisions and inform the backlog. Your designs make complex workflows simple, actionable, and frictionless.You thrive in fast-moving environments where curiosity and collaboration drive better outcomes. As a trusted partner and the voice of the customer, you influence how OneTrust builds experiences that are both functional and lovable, ensuring our platform continues to set the standard for clarity, consistency, and innovation.Your Mission
- Lead UX design for a product area from discovery to delivery.
- Partner with Domain UX to translate strategy into actionable designs.
- Manage design tasks within sprint cycles.
- Balance fidelity with speed; deliver iteratively while maintaining UX quality.
- Collaborate across PM and ENG to ensure a unified user experience
- Demonstrate a sense of ownership and accountability in your team's work and outcomes.
- Meet with customers weekly to know and represent them in the SDLC process.
- Craft thoughtful UX writing to support your design solutions.
- Create Eng-ready design deliverables using our component library so sprint counterparts can execute features every three weeks.
- Oversee sprint deliverables so that the intended customer experience is protected.
- Advocate for UX best practices across stakeholders and guide your 3iab team on which UX methods will best build customer understanding for each situation.
- Be the primary advocate for the user, ensuring the customer’s voice is understood and represented throughout the entire product experience.
- Independently plan, execute usability studies, and report on product area findings and recommendations to your cross-functional and design teams.
- Use Figma, Maze, and Pendo other tools to create, share and test UX design assets.
You Are
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design and eexperience working in software development.
- At least 1 year of experience creating B2B products.
- You're a clear, concise, and persuasive communicator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work from research through execution.
- Advanced Figma skills using design libraries, components, auto layout, variants, prototyping and organized file structure.
- Proven ability to design for complex, data-rich, or AI-driven applications.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills.
- You are driven by understanding user behavior and have experience designing complex experiences.
- You know how to collect customer data, perform heuristic evaluations, create journey maps, or employ other UX activities to inform usable and lovable products
- You have experience working within WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- You are resilient. You can manage multiple input points, meet varying deadlines, be realistic about project releases, and know where to put your efforts.
