We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Security GRC Analyst to join our team and contribute to various governance, risk, and compliance activities as part of the OneTrust InfoSec GRC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing multiple audits such as ENS, PCI DSS, SOC2, ISO27001, ISO27701, ISO27017, HITRUST, and TISAX in addition to helping further mature OneTrust's compliance program and undertaking other initiatives across GRC as needed. This role requires a deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Your Mission
- Lead and manage audits such as ENS, PCI DSS, SOC2, ISO27001, ISO27017, HITRUST, and TISAX.
- Lead customer security audits.
- Develop and maintain GRC policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct formal gap analyses, control-mapping exercises, and evaluate compliance against emerging and evolving regulatory frameworks.
- Assist with continued maturation of compliance program processes in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and monitor security controls.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in information security and compliance.
- Additional GRC-related duties in support of organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Security, with a focus leading GRC initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in ENS, EU NIS2, EU CRA frameworks.
- Working knowledge of NIST CSF, PCI, SOC2, ISO27001, ISO27701, ISO27017, HITRUST, and TISAX frameworks.
- Past experience having managed audits end-to-end.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a variety of stakeholders ranging from executive level to technical and non-technical staff.
- Experience with GRC tools and software such as OneTrust or Certification Automation (Tugboat).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.
