This role is critical to supporting OneTrust’s continued global growth by ensuring strong, accurate, and scalable non‑U.S. tax compliance across an increasingly complex international footprint. The successful candidate will lead and evolve global tax operations while partnering closely with Accounting, Legal, and Finance to enable the business and manage risk. The opportunity lies in building well‑governed, future‑ready tax processes amid changing international tax regulations. - Own and lead global non-U.S. tax compliance, including income tax, local taxes, VAT, GST, and property tax
- Providedaytodaypeople leadership, including workload management, performance management, and professional development of direct reports
- Manage andmonitorthe maintenance of records for withholding tax or other taxes related to international operations to ensure foreign tax credits are reported accurately andtimely
- Partner with various teams, including accounting, legal, and finance on a variety of initiatives
- Research various tax compliance matters anddetermineimpact of new tax legislation
- Prepare/Reviewnon-US tax provisions, both local statutory, and US GAAP,andcomponents of the global tax provision
- Drive continuous improvement bydesigning, refining, and documenting tax policies, processes, controls, and system workflows to support a scalable,wellgovernedtax function
- Assistwith the day-to-day tax operations of our growing business
- Lead and contribute to specialprojects as necessary
You Are
/Have- 6+ years general tax experience withsignificant experiencewith EMEAand/or APACCorporate income taxand VAT/GSTissues, including 2+ years public accounting
- Degree in Taxation or similar
- Familiar with transfer pricing, taxaccountingand international tax concepts
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently, be flexible, learn new things, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Sound judgment and ability to provide recommendationsregardingpolicy and strategy
- Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills as well as decision-making skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Solid organizational skills, especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
- Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
$112,500—$168,750 USD
