We are looking for a Sales Ops Analyst to join our Sales Operations Team In this role, you will act as a key partner to Account Executives and play a critical part in enabling sales productivity, ensuring CRM data accuracy, and supporting the execution of scalable sales processes.As part of a fast-growing SaaS organization, you will be the first point of contact for Sales, providing operational support, resolving CRM-related issues, and ensuring the sales organization operates with clean, reliable, and actionable data.OneTrust is a fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform with a strong growth trajectory. We invest heavily in our Sales Team through demand generation, methodology-driven sales philosophy, weekly sales trainings, customer-driven roadmaps, and a readily-available executive team to help close deals.Your Mission
- Partner closely with Account Executives as their primary operational support contact
- Ensure CRM data integrity by maintaining and optimizing territory, pipeline, and account structures
- Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team, quickly resolving CRM and process-related issues
- Design, improve, and scale sales operations processes to support efficient go-to-market execution
- Contribute to reporting and performance visibility across Sales and GTM stakeholders

Your Experience Includes
:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM, or a similar in SaaS companies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract business insights from data
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Basic reporting and dashboarding experience
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
- Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping withOneTrust'svalues and culture
