We’re seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy and drive measurable pipeline growth through organic and AI-driven channels.
Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this role will expand OneTrust discoverability, improve site performance, and translate search and AI insights into clear content and web priorities. This role is focused on business impact — not just traffic.Your Mission
Lead SEO / AEO / GEO strategy & execution –
- Lead and execute our global SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy.
- Identify high-impact opportunities aligned to priority personas and regions.
- Conduct keyword, intent, and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions.
- Partner across the business to scale impact (I.e., engineering for scaled technical enhancements, PR/social for third-party citations, and more).
- Co-create and optimize search-driven content with Content and Product Marketing teams, contributing directly to drafting and structuring key pages.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and on-page optimization while maintaining strong brand voice.
- Prioritize topics and updates that drive incremental visibility and qualified traffic.
- Continuously optimize solution, persona, and resource content for traditional and AI-powered search environments.
- Monitor organic and AI-driven performance, including engagement and assisted conversions.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to connect search performance to pipeline influence.
- Contribute to clear, executive-ready growth reporting.
- Triage opportunities surfaced by analytics and optimization tools.
- Recommend scalable improvements across templates and high-impact pages.
- Collaborate with UX and cross-functional teams on targeted enhancements.

You Are
You are growth-minded and very comfortable navigating the evolving landscape of search. You’re a strong collaborator who can influence without direct authority. You are focused on delivering and can clearly communicate measurable business outcomes.
Your Experience Includes
- 5–8 years in SEO, Growth Marketing, or Digital Strategy within B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content-led optimization, and AI-driven search trends (AEO/GEO)
- Experience using AI tools to support scalable content creation and optimization
- Experience working cross-functionally with Web, Content, Engineering, and Analytics teams
- Strong reporting and data storytelling skills: You’re capable of translating complex SEO/AEO performance data into clear, actionable narratives that drive business decision-making.
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (AEM a plus) and SEO/AEO/GEO tools (i.e., Google Search Console, Semrush, Profound)
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
