Our Talent Management function owns a variety of core products that help create the experience of working at OneTrust for all our global employees. These products include our bi-annual performance review cycle, our Onboarding program, ongoing learning experiences, our #LoveOneTrust initiatives, our company Values, our Spotlight awards and our in-office activatracition and experience. All these programs combine to create a remarkable employee experience and to make OneTrust a remarkable place to work.
The Program Manager will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks to support and evolve this work. Using expert talent management knowledge, adult learning best practices, and internal consulting, identifies strengths and opportunities within our function’s scope and recommends solutions that will deliver the greatest value for our stakeholders and our customers. Your Mission
The Program Manager will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks to support and evolve this work. You WillBelow is a list of core responsibilities, specific work assignments and activities with vary based on priorities, needs and project deliverables.
- Facilitate instructor-led programs for employees and managers in a way that provides a high-quality learner experience while achieving the learning objectives.
- Review data and survey feedback to provide recommendations for program evolution and enhancements and as a means to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis as a mechanism to inform future opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to design and deliver instructor-led, e-learning, micro-learning and performance support programs and resources.
- Develop and maintain critical in-region partnerships so you can bring the needs and voice of Europe to the table.
- Coordinate regional learning experiences ensuring that the operations run smoothly so as to provide a world-class learning experience.
- Manage the relationship with select third-party vendors which can include evaluation, selection, reporting and ongoing assessment.
- Provide project management capacity for critical efforts such as the bi-annual performance review, Values refresh and building and launch of new programming.
- While the focus of the role will ebb and flow with business needs, roughly 40% of the time will be spent on onboarding and 60% of time on other Talent Management initiatives.
You Are
- 5+yrs of relevant experience in similar roles
- A self-starter and creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a sense of humor, comfortable working in ambiguous situations with a desire to play a role in the continued growth of EMEA.
- An individual with a strong people-oriented approach, adept at cultivating strong relationships.
- You like working to uncover the root cause of a problem and bringing a creative solution to the table.
- A detail-oriented and process-driven individual with a keen eye for detail, possessing the ability to swiftly pivot and adapt to diverse matters.
- Strong technology background and experience with B2B / Enterprise SaaS products will be valued.
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are required, you can prioritize responsibilities and deadlines for multiple projects and drive them to a conclusion.
- Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally and strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally to identify and implement effective solutions for cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
