The People Experience & Development (PXD) team atOneTrustis hiring aSeniorPeopleProgramsSpecialistbased inAtlanta, GA.
This roleplays a critical enabling role across the PXDportfolio. This role partners closely with PXD Program Managers to support the discovery, design, execution, and ongoing operations of enterprisepeopleprograms. The Specialist acts as aflexible, cross‑pillar resource—providing analytical horsepower, operational rigor, and execution support to ensure programs launch smoothly, scale effectively, and deliver meaningful impact.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys juggling multiple initiatives, and is energized by supporting high‑visibility programs that shape the employee and manager experience.Your Mission
- Partner with PXD Program Managers to support the discovery, design, and execution of enterprise people programs across theExperience, Performance, and Leadership & Developmentpillars.
- Provide hands‑on operational and program support, including planning, documentation, coordination, and day‑to‑day execution.
- Support program launches, pilots, and ongoing operations to ensure initiatives are delivered with high quality and operational excellence.
- Support initiatives such as onboardingand delivering orientations,in-office activities,performance-related programs, manager enablementtrainingand career frameworks to name a few.
- Assistin developing guidance, templates, enablement materials, and programcommunications to ensure smooth execution.
- Track participation, adoption, and operational metrics across PXD programs to understand effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
- Support feedback collection from employees and managers through surveys, focus groups, and qualitative insights.
- Partner with Program Managers and PXD leadership to continuously improve the quality, clarity, and impact of the PXD portfolio.
You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, and other related fields.
- 5–8+ years of experience in HR, People Programs, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or relatedfields.
- Experience supporting or operatingpeopleprograms at scale in a fast‑paced or evolving environment.
- Strong program execution and operational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable partnering across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience creating tools, templates, and guidance for managers and employees.
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology environments is a plus.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
$88,875—$133,312.50 USD
