• Develop and maintain understanding of the full software development and deployment pipeline
• Design, build, and maintain automation for cloud deployments and auto‑scaling with zero downtime and rollback capability
• Support application infrastructure to optimize OneTrust platform performance and reliability
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Perform and automate system administration (installation, configuration, maintenance, disaster recovery)
• Identify and resolve scalability and reliability issues with development and operations teams
• Identify system‑level issues related to OS configuration and virtual hardware bottlenecks
• Manage incident response and provide hands‑on support during service interruptions
• Assist with root cause analysis and maintain SLAs
• Build automation, auditing, and tooling for security, compliance, and resource usage
• Monitor and improve deployment processes
• Mentor engineers to deliver high‑quality standards
