:This role is critical to supporting OneTrust’s continued growth by ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable corporate accounting processes. As our global footprint expands, the Corporate Accounting team must maintain strong controls, reliable reporting, and effective operational performance and business continuity across key accounting areas. This role supports those goals by strengthening payroll accounting operations while providing flexible support across broader corporate accounting functions.Your Mission
:You will support the Corporate Accounting team with a primary focus on payroll accounting, while contributing to broader general accounting activities and the month-end close process.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Support the posting of global payroll journal entries and related accruals, including vacation, bonuses, and other compensation-related items
- Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts and assist with payroll-related flux analysis
- Partner and collaborate with Payroll, HR, Compensation &

team to ensure consistent data integrity and completeness - Review & maintain proper coding of transactions and prepare journal entries for various corporate accounting areas
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules in accordance with US GAAP
- Support management with company financial activities such as month-end and year-end close
- Develop and implement process improvements and document standard operating procedures
- Support external audit requirements related to specific areas of responsibility
- Partner with finance and other departments on various projects, including development and improvement of internal reporting

Your Experience Includes
:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- +3 years of experience in accounting and/or audit, preferably with public, multinational companies
- Experience preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
- Workday Financials experience a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
