We’reseeking aSenior Staff Product Managerto define and directly executeonourAI platform that powers every agent, copilot, and intelligent workflow across our product portfolio.Reporting directly to theVP of Product, this role owns both thestrategic direction and hands-on deliveryof the shared AI systems that underpin how we build intelligent experiences — including tools, MCP servers, memory, orchestration, reasoning, governance, and evaluation services.You willdeterminewhich capabilities becomeplatformbuilding blocks, ensure they are consistently applied across agent workflows, and personally lead the most critical product workrequiredto bring new agents and platform services to market.Success in this role means building the reusable platform foundation that accelerates every future agent while directly driving the highest-complexity launches, product definitions, and cross-functional decisions that turn strategy into shipped outcomes.Your Mission
- Define the AI platform strategybysettingthe multi-year vision, investment roadmap, and capability architecture that powers every agent, copilot, and intelligent workflow.
- Establish the reusable AI product systemspanning tools, MCP servers, memory, orchestration, reasoning APIs, governance controls, observability, and evaluation services used across the portfolio.
- Shape the agent portfolio strategyby partnering with product and solution leaders todeterminewhich capabilities should become shared platform investments versus domain-specific experiences.
- Set organizational standards for agent quality and trustincluding evaluation frameworks, telemetry, policy boundaries, UX conventions, human-in-the-loop controls, and safety guardrails.
- Drive product leverage across the organizationby creating abstractions, patterns, and operating mechanisms that enable multiple teams to ship agents faster with higher consistency.
- Translate executive AI strategy intoyour strategy andexecution systemsthrough platform roadmaps, reference architectures, PRDs, reusable schemas, and launch frameworks that scale across teams.
- Own ecosystem-level success metricsincluding portfolio adoption, capability reuse, team velocity, inference quality, latency, workflow completion, trust signals, and expansion into new agent use cases.
- Coach product leaders on AI platform patternsby raising the product craft for how teams design, build, measure, and scale agent-native experiences.

- 8–12+ years of product management experience, withsignificant experiencein AI, platform, infrastructure, or highly technical SaaS environments.
- Deep experience owning platform roadmaps, PRDs, schemas, APIs, and reusable capability systems that scale across multiple products.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, UX, Architecture, and GTM teams.
- Track recordof influencing senior stakeholders and aligning multiple teams around shared platform investments and customer outcomes.
- Experience with agent systems, MCP servers, orchestration frameworks,toolsecosystems, or AI workflow platforms strongly preferred.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
$180,000—$270,000 USD
