- Reporting to the Team Lead, People Services, you will play a critical role in delivering day-to-day People Operations support while contributing to the evolution of the People Services Delivery and Operating Model for OneTrust
- This role supports both pre-hire and post-hire activities, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and employee-centric experience from job requisition through onboarding and across the employee lifecycle
- With a strong focus on operational excellence, accuracy, and service delivery, you will act as a key partner to Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and the broader People organization
- Supporting a global workforce through high-quality, scalable People Operations processes
Your Mission
- Execute end-to-end People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including pre-hire support, onboarding, employee data management, performance processes, and offboarding
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support job requisition creation and opening, ensuring accurate data, approvals, and system alignment prior to hire
- Own talent onboarding activities, including pre-hire setup, system readiness, data validation, and coordination to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
- Serve as a first-line point of contact for Tier 1 people-related queries, delivering timely, accurate, and employee-friendly support
- Ensure people data is maintained accurately and compliantly within Workday and related systems throughout the hire-to-retire lifecycle
- Support the execution of People Services processes consistently across regions, adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Payroll,

, IT) to ensure seamless handoffs and end-to-end employee experiences - Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the People Services delivery model by identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and efficiency
- Support centralization and standardization of key People Operations processes, transactions, and documentation across geographies
- Execute HR compliance processes across regions, ensuring adherence to local requirements and internal controls
- Support reporting and data analysis activities related to People Operations, helping surface insights and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in process design, optimization, and transformation initiatives within the People organization
You Are
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations – required
- Experience supporting pre-hire and onboarding processes, including partnership with Talent Acquisition – required
- Hands-on experience working with Workday HCM, including employee data management, transactions, and process support
- Experience operating in a global or multi-country environment with exposure to HR compliance considerations – required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, service-oriented environment
- Advanced or strong Excel skills with ability to work with HR data and reports
- Experience with people system implementations, integrations, or process changes – a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective communicator, able to explain processes and policies to diverse audiences
- Self-starter with a service-oriented mindset and a passion for operational excellence
- Fluent in English (minimum C1) – required
- Ability to balance operational execution with strong people-facing skills, building trust with employees while ensuring high levels of data accuracy and process discipline
- Power BI skills (if the candidate control about this tool demonstrates strong skills in analytics and excel)
