As a Deal Desk Analyst, you support the execution of contract structuring and post-sales changes by following established policies, workflows, and best practices. The challenge is developing judgment and commercial acumen while accurately processing a high volume of requests and knowing when to escalate more complex or non-standard scenarios.
Your Mission
Deal & Contract Support (Execution-Focused)
- Assist in structuring and configuring deals under defined guidelines, templates, and approval frameworks.
- Support standard deal motions while escalating non-standard terms, pricing, or structures to senior analysts or managers.
- Process post-sales contractual changes (amendments, re-bills, restructures) for low-to-moderate complexity requests with oversight.
- Ensure documentation, approvals, and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
- Serve as a first point of operational support for Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevRec inquiries.
- Route complex questions appropriately and incorporate feedback to improve accuracy over time.
- Enter, update, and validate opportunity, quote, and order data in Salesforce and related systems.
- Follow established controls to maintain data quality across the Quote-to-Bill lifecycle.
- Build working knowledge of deal desk policies, pricing constructs, and SaaS commercial models.
- Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and flag them to the team for review and improvement.

Your Experience Includes
Required- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Operations, or similar operational roles
- Exposure to SaaS, subscription-based business models, or B2B sales environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or CPQ tools (training provided)
- Basic understanding of quote-to-cash or order management concepts

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
