OneTrust is seeking an SVP, Sales to lead the North America Sales organization. In this role, you will lead the North America Enterprise and Commercial Sales teams, along with Solution Specialist and Partner Sales teams. You will drive ACV growth, partner closely with Customer Experience and Renewals to deliver net ARR retention, and build a high-performance, accountable, and customer-centric sales culture grounded in OneTrust’s AI Governance, Privacy Automation, Technology Risk & Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, and Consent & Preference solutions.
Your Mission
Lead the North America sales organization to deliver durable, predictable growth by building a high-performance, data-driven sales engine. You will align teams to win by expanding their acumen and solution selling capabilities, elevating execution rigor, improving deal quality, and partnering cross-functionally to maximize customer lifetime value.
You Will- Own NAMER revenue performance across new ARR, expansion, and retention, aligning your efforts to OT’s strategic priorities for growth and expansion
- Translate company strategy into regional execution including targeted alignment quotas, territory design, and segment coverage models
- Drive pipeline rigor and forecast accuracy through disciplined inspection, deal progression, and performance cadences
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, directly engaging on strategic opportunities across AI, security, privacy, and risk use cases
- Build and develop a strong leadership bench, ensuring succession and business continuity planning for critical roles
- Establish a high-performance culture with clear expectations, accountability, and operational discipline
- Hire, develop, and retain top-tier talent across leadership, sales, and specialist roles
- Standardize sales processes, methodologies, and CRM usage to enable scalable, efficient execution
- Partner cross-functionally to drive full-funnel performance and align pre- and post-sales outcomes
- Optimize go-to-market execution across Enterprise, Commercial, and partner ecosystems, including co-sell and alliance motions
- Leverage data, customer insights, and market signals to improve conversion, productivity, and competitive positioning
- Lead transformation initiatives that strengthen scalability, consistency, and operational leverage
- Provide thought leadership regarding organizational strategy, structure and resource allocation
You Are
A seasoned SaaS revenue leader with deep expertise in enterprise selling across privacy, security, and risk domains. You combine strategic thinking with disciplined execution, using data and market insight to drive growth. You build high-performing teams, develop strong executive relationships, and lead effectively through complexity and change in rapidly evolving categories such as AI Governance, Privacy Automation, and compliance technology.
Your Experience Includes
- 10+ years in senior SaaS sales leadership; 15–20+ years total experience
- Proven success driving revenue growth and exceeding targets in enterprise B2B environments
- Experience selling or leading teams across privacy, security, risk, or compliance solutions
- Strong track record building and scaling high-performing, distributed sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional transformation and GTM execution
- Established executive relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Expertise in Salesforce and modern sales technology platforms
- History of leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills and demonstrating leadership agility to win in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
