We’re looking for an inspiring Engineering Manager to join our 20+ person Croatian team in Zagreb focused on building some of Robin's next greatest product features.
This role is interesting because:
- You are highly interested in building and managing diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulating and executing strategies, and coordinating with other managers.
- You are adept at finding the iterative path forward with any problem, helping your team to build from MVP, to competence, to excellence.
You are qualified if you have:
- Experience mentoring individuals and managing or leading a team.
- Hand-on experience in software development.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- A strong mind for critical thinking and ensuring business needs are met.
- Any experience with Typescript, React, NodeJS, SQL, and infrastructure.
