The Opportunity

Simpplr is looking for an experienced data-driven Demand Gen Writer, Reporting to Simpplr’s VP of Growth Marketing & Development, with a passion for developing, managing, and executing world-class programs and events to expand our voice in the market, drive pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle in North America.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and create compelling content for all demand generation programs, including email campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, and SEO-related content such as meta titles and meta descriptions.
  • Write and optimize content for web pages, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and effectively drives traffic and conversions.
  • Craft persuasive and impactful scripts for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support outreach and lead generation efforts.
  • Create engaging content for trade show booth signage, marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the demand generation team to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaign goals.
  • Work with product marketing to ensure content accurately reflects product features, benefits, and use cases, positioning Simpplr effectively in the market.
  • Partner with SDR, BDR, and sales enablement teams to develop content that supports sales efforts, including email templates, call scripts, and presentation materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of demand generation content, using data to refine and improve content strategies and effectiveness.

Demonstrated experience we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in writing for demand generation campaigns, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in email marketing, ABM, SEO content, and sales scripts.
  • Proven experience in creating content that drives engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to write optimized content for web pages.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to create persuasive and impactful content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey and various target audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, product marketing, sales, and sales enablement.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Pay Range
$110,000$160,000 USD
