About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, technically strong architect to lead identity architecture for Sitecore’s Agentic Experience Platform (AXP). This role will focus on designing secure, scalable, and developer-friendly identity solutions using modern protocols and frameworks. The architect will serve as a technical leader, guiding engineering teams in implementing robust authentication and authorization flows across AXP services.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and evolve identity architecture for AXP services, which includes user logins and service to service authorization.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams working in .NET and C#, ensuring best practices especially in identity integration.
- Define standards for token management, identity federation, and access control across distributed services.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to align identity architecture with platform-wide goals and service design.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience architecting identity solutions for SaaS platforms or distributed systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET and C#, with a strong track record of building secure, scalable services.
- Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and related identity protocols.
- Experience with identity federation, token handling, and secure API design.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Familiarity with Auth0 as a product and its integration patterns.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical design reviews.
- Exposure to agentic workflows or AI-driven service orchestration is a plus.
