About the Role:
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager for the Sitecore–Salesforce alliance is responsible for developing and executing joint marketing initiatives that strengthen Sitecore’s position in the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on driving demand generation, accelerating co-sell motions, and enabling selected strategic partners who specialize in Salesforce implementations, integrations, and industry solutions.
You will build and execute scalable partner marketing programs aligned to the Salesforce GTM strategy—including initiatives tied to Salesforce Clouds, AppExchange presence, industry plays, and ecosystem events (e.g., Dreamforce, World Tours). Working closely with partner account managers and Salesforce alliance leaders, you will leverage co-marketing to influence pipeline creation, expand footprint within Salesforce customer accounts, and elevate Sitecore’s relevance within this strategic ecosystem.
This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on campaign execution. You will steward joint value propositions, orchestrate multi-touch initiatives, and ensure our Salesforce partners have the assets, content, enablement, and support they need to drive mutual growth and measurable pipeline impact.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute Salesforce-focused partner marketing plans
  • Build quarterly partner marketing plans aligned with Sitecore’s Salesforce Alliance strategy, Salesforce industry clouds, and partner solution specializations.
  • Co-develop GTM campaigns with Salesforce-aligned SI and ISV partners, leveraging channels such as AppExchange, webinars, thought leadership, events, paid digital, and ABM.
  • Ensure tight alignment with Salesforce co-sell motions, ecosystem initiatives, and regional sales priorities.
Drive pipeline and revenue growth through Salesforce ecosystem channels
  • Deliver marketing programs that generate influenced and sourced pipeline tied to Salesforce customer accounts.
  • Support acceleration of co-sell opportunities through targeted campaigns, account-based activities, and partner-driven demand generation.
  • Amplify Sitecore’s presence in the Salesforce ecosystem through ecosystem events, partner showcases, and Salesforce field engagement.
Build strong relationships with Salesforce-aligned partners
  • Engage with top SI and ISV partners that specialize in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud implementations.
  • Work closely with partner account managers to identify high-impact joint marketing opportunities, co-develop value propositions, and ensure partners are fully enabled with messaging, assets, and demand programs.
  • Create alignment with Salesforce field teams when appropriate, coordinating regional activation and pipeline acceleration efforts.
Coordinate internal collaboration across Sitecore
  • Partner with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales, and the Salesforce Alliance leadership team to ensure aligned messaging, positioning, and GTM execution.
  • Adapt Sitecore content—especially SitecoreAI, composable products, and headless solutions—for Salesforce ecosystem use cases.
  • Maintain consistent storytelling around Sitecore’s value within Salesforce-led digital transformation programs.
Measure, analyze, and optimize partner marketing performance
  • Track performance of all Salesforce-related partner marketing programs against KPIs such as pipeline sourced/influenced, partner engagement, campaign performance, and event ROI.
  • Analyze data to determine what drives outcomes across the Salesforce partner ecosystem and continuously optimize based on insights.
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and partner counterparts.
Manage marketing budgets and partner funds
  • Oversee budgets tied to Salesforce-aligned marketing initiatives, including MDF, co-op funds, and partner contributions.
  • Ensure efficient spend and maximize ROI on investments in ecosystem events, campaigns, and joint programs.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in martech, SaaS, or a Salesforce ecosystem-related role.
  • Experience working directly with Salesforce or within the Salesforce partner ecosystem (SI, ISV, or AppExchange partners preferred).
  • Strong demand generation, digital marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of co-selling motions, ecosystem-driven GTM strategies, and partner-driven pipeline acceleration.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern marketing tools (automation platforms, analytics, CMS, BI dashboards).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate technical product value into compelling joint propositions for Salesforce audiences.
  • Both strategic and creative thinker with the ability to execute quickly and effectively.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
  • Experience marketing to or with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud-focused partners.
  • Familiarity with AppExchange GTM motions, co-marketing frameworks, and Salesforce ecosystem best practices.
  • Background in SaaS, enterprise martech, customer experience platforms, or digital transformation.
  • Prior experience working with or at a major SI, ISV, or consultancy in the Salesforce ecosystem.
