About the Role
The Services Operations and Engagement Manager owns the system support and operational execution of our services business. This role ensures smooth project setup, resource allocation, and operational workflows across multiple systems, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Create and manage services projects in designated tools.
- Allocate and assign specialized Sitecore resources to projects based on client needs.
- Streamline various project case types for efficiency and consistency.
- Support workflows between integrated systems to maintain operational accuracy.
- Produce reports aggregating data from multiple systems and sources for business insights.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across multiple cultures and regions (AMR and EMEA).
What You'll Need:
- Strong ability to learn quickly, think methodically, and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams and geographies.
- Experience with Certinia, ServiceNow, and advanced reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with global service operations and cross-cultural collaboration.
