About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer to join our technology hub in Dublin. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in React, strong problem-solving skills, and experience leveraging AI tools to build intelligent user experiences. You will own major features, influence architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while integrating AI capabilities into our platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement large-scale front-end features, including AI-powered interfaces and LLM integrations with streaming responses.
- Lead technical decisions on architecture, state management, performance optimisation, and AI integration patterns.
- Mentor team members through code reviews, pair programming, and guidance on build tools and AI development workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Backend, ML/AI, QA) to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, type-safe TypeScript code following best practices while utilising AI assistants for productivity.

- Turborepo with pnpm, REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of professional development experience, including 3+ years of deep React expertise
- Proven experience using AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and integrating LLM APIs into web applications
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern React patterns (hooks, composition, Server Components)
- Strong experience with build tools (Vite, Webpack, Rollup, Bun) and state management (React Context, TanStack React Query)
- Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, TailwindCSS preferred)
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and conversational interface design
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Experience with GitHub Actions, Agile/Scrum, or designing agentic UI experiences.
