About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape and deliver Agentic Studio, the orchestration layer for enterprise AI within Sitecore AI.
Agentic Studio enables marketing teams to design and manage AI agents that support real marketing workflows—from campaign planning and content creation to personalization, optimization, and experimentation.
In this role, you will work closely with product leaders, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define and deliver product capabilities that help marketing organizations operationalize AI at scale. You will contribute to the roadmap, validate use cases with customers, and help translate complex marketing workflows into intuitive product experiences.
This role is ideal for someone with product management experience in SaaS or martech who is excited about the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, marketing operations, and enterprise software.

What You’ll Do:
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver product features for Agentic Studio, ensuring solutions are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with customer needs
  • Contribute to feature definition, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning, supporting the delivery of high-impact capabilities
  • Help design product features that support real marketing operations
  • Work with stakeholders to translate complex marketing processes into structured, AI-powered workflows
  • Participate in customer interviews, discovery sessions, and feedback loops with marketing teams, digital leaders, and operations specialists
  • Identify workflow challenges, adoption barriers, and opportunities where AI agents can improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Support product leadership in shaping and executing the roadmap for Agentic Studio
  • Help prioritize use cases that drive customer value, product adoption, and measurable marketing impact
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to prototype new AI-driven experiences

What You Need to Succeed:
    • 3–6 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles, ideally in SaaS or marketing technology
    • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams
    • Curiosity about AI-driven workflows, automation, and emerging agent-based systems - You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you should be comfortable learning how AI capabilities can enhance marketing operations.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
    • Strong communication skills to translate complex ideas into clear product requirements and user stories / Ability to gather insights from customers and translate them into clear product requirements and features.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve as the product and market develop.

    Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
    • Experience with enterprise martech platforms (CMS, DAM, CDP, personalization)
    • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or automation platforms
    • Experience working with workflow tools or low-code systems
    • Familiarity with marketing operations or campaign management processes
