About the Role:
To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we are looking for a Senior Developer (.NET) to work as part of our Product Development department. You will help in designing and building scaled, multi-tenant and high-performance product features while working with other experienced engineering team members in delivering high quality releases, improving solution robustness and performance/scalability.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop high-quality codes on features, bug fixes according to Sitecore guidelines
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline for continuous solution delivery to production environment
- Actively demonstrate software engineering best practices throughout product development and maintenance
- Maintain close collaboration and effective communication with Engineering Manager, Lead Developer, Lead QA, team members and other stakeholders
- Understand the business requirements and develop software solutions to ensure the requirements are met
- Knowledge and adherence to the Agile/Scrum work principles.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Good experience in object-oriented programming C#.NET
- Experience in working with version control system: Git and branching strategy
- Experience in database: relational or NoSQL
- Experience in CI/CD development environments
- Good experience in implementing unit tests and integration tests: NUnit, XUnit, etc
- Good experience in using development tools: Visual Studio, VSCode, Resharper, any other IDE
- Good knowledge of programming principles: SOLID, clean code & refactoring
- Experience with cloud-based solutions (Microsoft azure) and containerized deployments
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Experience in TeamCity is a plus
- Experience in CosmoDB is a plus
- Working experience in a SaaS based company or project is a plus
- Experience in messaging systems e.g. Confluent Kafka.
