About the Role:
As Sitecore continues to grow we have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Partner to join our team. This role will suit someone who is a HR Generalist now and looking for their next role as a HR Partner.
This is a fast-paced role providing support to first line managers within the R&D client group across the organization globally. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of generalist HR activities including performance management, absence management, annual reward and talent processes and local restructures. Working closely with the global HR team you will implement strategic, operational, and tactical HR initiatives ensuring alignment in processes and strategies.
What You’ll Do:
  • You will be our primary point of contact for first line managers across R&D organization, a trusted advisor for this client group
  • Compliance with local policies and procedures, working to best practice. Change management initiatives including restructures
  • Support the management of HR processes in these client groups including Talent assessment and succession planning, Annual salary review, Bi-annual bonus assessment, conduct exit interviews as required, first point of contact for HR Operations for resolved queries, internal moves, promotions and out of cycle salary reviews
  • Contribute to the employee experience from on-boarding to off-boarding, including running and presenting at monthly EMEA Cultural Onboarding sessions for new hires
  • Work as part of the wider global HR team on talent and culture initiatives and work closely with the HR Business Partners on group projects and initiatives
  • Use Workday and PowerBI to produce reports including attrition, absence, compensation and headcount
What You Need to Succeed
  • We are looking for a pragmatic, robust and knowledgeable HR Partner with good employee relations experience gained in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to ever-changing, high-growth environments and is excited about all types of problem solving while remaining cool, calm and collected
  • You can independently manage day-to-day generalist and employee relations issues and take part in global initiatives and projects
  • You have a proactive mindset to get things done, are highly organized, and capable to build great relationships
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including benefits, compensation, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, federal and state employment laws
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite of programs; intermediate to advance level in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Tech industry experience preferred; experience in a fast-paced growth environment is essential
  • HRIS experience required (ideally Workday)
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal in English; confident presenter, able to challenge and influence managers
  • Previous experience with Workday
  • PHR or SPHR certification
