Job Title: Revenue Operations Specialist (Strategic IC)
About Us
Tracera is an AI-enabled SaaS company backed by top-tier investors, transforming how manufacturing organizations manage risk, procurement, sustainability, and finance. As we scale to $5M ARR in the next 18 months, we’re building a high-performance, data-driven GTM engine—and we’re looking for a RevOps Specialist who can architect and operationalize that growth.
This is a high-impact, strategic individual contributor (IC) role. You’ll work directly with the CEO, FP&A, and GTM leaders to create the connective tissue between systems, insights, and revenue acceleration.
The Role
We’re seeking a proactive, strategic, and deeply technical Revenue Operations Specialist who can seamlessly shift between the 50,000-ft view and HubSpot-level detail. You’ll own our GTM systems and reporting infrastructure, act as the cross-functional glue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, and be a key player in surfacing decision-ready insights that fuel growth.

What You'll Own
1. Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and FP&A team, delivering revenue insights that inform planning, budgeting, and hiring decisions.
- Lead weekly/monthly pipeline and forecasting reviews. Maintain rigor around forecast accuracy, funnel health, and revenue attainment.
2. GTM Process & Funnel Optimization
- Design and scale repeatable sales and CS workflows across the entire customer lifecycle—from lead to renewal.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation-first improvements.
- Define and enforce SLAs between Marketing, Sales, and CS (e.g., MQL to SQL handoffs).
3. Systems & Tech Stack Ownership
- Own and optimize our GTM tech stack: HubSpot, Gong, Notion (plus Zapier, Slack, or other tooling as needed).
- Drive system integrations and data syncing across platforms to enable clean reporting and automation.
- Ensure CRM data integrity through hygiene audits, process enforcement, and user training.
4. Analytics & Decision Support
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, retention, and rep productivity.
- Lead win/loss analysis, funnel diagnostics, and territory/capacity planning efforts.
- Translate raw data into board-level insights and strategic recommendations.
5. Cross-functional Ops & Execution
- Collaborate with Finance on deal desk, contract ops, billing/invoicing processes, and renewals/churn tracking.
- Interface with Legal and Customer Success on operational handoffs and compliance processes (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Run operational cadences and drive continuous improvement experiments across GTM.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in Revenue, Sales, or GTM Operations—ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep expertise with HubSpot and comfort integrating with broader toolsets (Gong, Notion, Zapier, etc.).
- Proven track record of creating dashboards, managing forecasts, and enabling GTM performance through data.
- Systems thinker who enjoys building structure, not just maintaining it.
- Able to operate in ambiguity and ruthlessly prioritize the highest-leverage ops projects.
- Technically curious—familiar with how data moves through systems and how to automate what doesn’t scale.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working with founders, FP&A, and GTM leaders.
Bonus points if you have:
- HubSpot certification.
- Experience in Series A/B stage startups or high-growth environments.
- Exposure to agentic AI models or LLM-powered tooling.
