The Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate senior graphic designer to become a vital part of our growing brand design squad. This role is remote.

In this hands-on role, you’re a conceptual design thinker who can creatively solve challenges across our brand. You have a strongly developed design aesthetic and are fluent in all aspects of graphic design. You’re as excited about layout and presentation as you are about color and typography. We produce a lot of collateral and digital materials, event branding and signage, and value clean and innovative solutions that support our brand aesthetics.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain high-quality creative, strong attention to detail, while operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Collaborate with marketing and design team members
  • Take direction from the Creative Director and company leadership, while taking ownership of design excellence
  • Interpret creative briefs and determine tactical requirements
  • Clearly present ideas and mocks
  • Concept, develop, and produce display ads, social media images, ebooks, case studies, data sheets, infographics, slide decks
  • Create on-brand graphics including icons, photo collages, backgrounds, vector illustrations

Your Skill Set

What makes you a great fit for our team:

  • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience
  • A stellar portfolio showcasing a love for typography, top notch understanding of what a great layout should look like, strong retouching and color correction skills
  • Expert skill level with standard Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides–and excited about tackling new tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate professionally with stakeholders
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism. A self-starter with strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

We'd especially love to hear from you if:

  • Previous experience with B2B technology companies
  • Animation, video and motion graphics skills are a plus
  • Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, highly collaborative environment filled with super talented people
