The Opportunity
Simpplr is looking for an experienced director of corporate communications to drive an enterprise-scale revenue marketing performance framework that helps Simpplr achieve its next level of growth.
Reporting to Simpplr’s Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for public relations and establishing a social media strategy to support Simpplr’s brand and reputation. You will drive a proactive digital and social media strategy to tell Simpplr’s story and elevate our brand. You will also focus on social monitoring, rapid response and digital community engagement.
Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Leading Simpplr’s public relations
- Develop a proactive social media content strategy for Simpplr’s corporate brand
- Partner across Simpplr to develop and implement digitally integrated communications strategies
- Integrate social media as a channel into all major company-wide initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Establish digital community engagement capabilities
- Be responsible for social monitoring around key reputational issues, crisis management, and rapid response in a timely manner
- Act as a decision maker for rapid response with an understanding of what type of content or users warrant a reply
- Report on social media performance with actionable insights on an ongoing basis
- Partner with relevant technology and security teams internally to ensure social media channels are always secure and compliant
- Work closely with Legal & Compliance team to obtain content approvals and ensure social media practices adhere to regulatory requirements
- Help to coordinate Analyst Relations
Your Skillset
What makes you a great fit for the team:
- 10+ years of hands-on public relations experience
- 10+ years of experience developing and leading social media strategies
- Experience developing and leading LinkedIn strategies and campaigns
- Proven track record managing both organic and paid social media across current and emerging platforms
- Flawless written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present complex concepts in a concise and understandable way
- Strong storytelling experience
- Experience using social monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic and creative thinking aptitude; desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, entrepreneurial environment
- Good judgment and impeccable ethics
- Analyst relations experience preferred
