The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Software engineer to help drive key initiatives across multiple functional areas. This role will be hands-on, building core libraries, implementing features in existing projects. You will report to the Architecture function.

Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
● Feature development: Implement solutions for our Single Page Applications (SPAs), ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance using tools like react, typescript, tailwind and CSS modules.
● UI Component Development: Build reusable, efficient, and accessible UI components using shadcn, tailwind and storybook.
● Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize applications for speed, ensuring best-in-class performance across browsers and devices.
● Collaborative Design: Work closely with architects, product managers, and UX designers to translate requirements into highly engaging user interfaces.
● DevOps Integration: Contribute to and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring smooth, automated testing and deployments.
● Quality Assurance: Implement automated testing strategies to deliver reliable and maintainable codebases, using tools like Vitest and Playwright.

Strong communicator: Confident leading discussions with teams across the organization and presenting ideas in open forums. You have experience delivering projects where collaboration was essential.
Self motivated: You can work independently seeing a project to completion with minimal guidance.

Technical expertise:
o experience in a Senior Software Engineer, or equivalent role.
o hands-on experience with React, including a deep understanding of its internals and the wider JavaScript ecosystem.
o Proficiency in TypeScript.
o Strong knowledge of browser internals, debugging/profiling tools, and techniques for performance optimization.
o Expertise in building in-house component libraries, with a solid grasp of tailwind, modular CSS, design systems, storybook and bundlers.
o Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Playwright), and associated challenges for frontend systems.
